Pricing & engagement models
Our services are delivered on a project or retainer basis. Because scope differs materially between projects, we issue a written quotation after understanding your requirements. The engagement models we offer are:
- Fixed-scope project – a one-time fee quoted against an agreed scope, deliverables and milestone schedule.
- Monthly retainer / AMC – a recurring monthly fee covering maintenance, support, hosting management and a defined allowance of development effort.
- Time & material – billed against agreed hourly or daily rates, suited to evolving or open-ended requirements.
Payment terms
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Fixed-scope projects typically follow a milestone schedule, with an advance payable on commencement and the balance released against agreed milestones.
- Retainer and AMC fees are invoiced monthly in advance.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf — domains, hosting, licences, app-store fees, API subscriptions — are billed at actuals and are separate from our service fees.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for every payment received.
